Thank you so much for your help. The message 'Low Memory' was on my Printer/Fax when I was trying to Fax something, it would not send, and the Fax machine would ring and ring but would not print an incoming Fax. I have been with this Co. for almost 3 yrs and this printer was here before that and there was no book to check out what was wrong. I can honestly say that your service by far outstrips many software companies who purport to offer support when in fact you are just directed around the websites in a circular fashion.


I have been so impressed with the immediacy of responses to my calls for help and the clear and logical way the information was portrayed. There was no 'talking down' to me or making me feel like an idiot because I couldn't get the software to register.


If I may share something with you it may help to underpin the validity of my comments:


In the mid-eighties I was Customer Support Manager to a company that sold systems worldwide to interface between typesetting front-ends and computerised back-ends. My support department built up an extremely good reputation worldwide and were always at the brunt end of customers' tempers. As we mainly sold to the print industry we often found that when a newspaper was approaching a print deadline and they hit problems our software wasn't overcoming - steam almost came out of the telephone when they phoned in. But our staff never lost their cool and relentlessly talked irate customers through to a solution. The strain was enormous as the industry was in its infancy.


Needless to say that I therefore appreciate and recognise really good customer support when I experience it. As I said in my previous communication - you by far supercedes any other software support service in the industry - you are 5 star in my opinion!

I would just like to compliment your organization. I have used Privacy for several years and it is great, always work, works correctly, and never screws up my system. I purchased Reg Cure after having numerous bad experiences with other similar products. It does what it says, it does it very well, and it also does not screw up my computer. With the great quality I am experiencing, I recently purchased Driver cure, and it too works flawlessly, not like so many others I have tried. I plan to check with Pareto everytime before I look at other products. Thanks for the fantastic products, I've never found such usable products anywhere in my 20 years on the internet.

Congratulations on a brilliant product that fulfils a serious need and does it with style. I was thinking of getting a new PC as my current one was taking anything up to an hour to stabilise itself. DriverCure has reduced that stabilisation time to three or four minutes and let me highlight other issues that I expect to reduce it further when solved.


I have been using RegCure for a while and have been very impressed by it – but DriverCure is something else entirely. It does take a little nerve and patience, particularly when an install that needs a restart kicks off others during the shutdown process, but it has stressed to me the importance of keeping drivers up to date.


I'm sure there have been other products that help do this, but the ease of use of this software takes some beating, especially for the person who has some knowledge but is a "non-geek" in technical matters.


It would be useful if the drivers could be categorised into those that can be installed in sequence and those which need a restart – or if there was perhaps a tutorial available on how to work this out for yourself. Some of the components I upgraded, particularly the video drivers, were a little scary, but my experience with RegCure told me that this software was about as safe as I was likely to get. A few deep breaths before starting – and safe it has proved to be. Even the wife has stopped pointing out how much slower the machine is compared with her (networked) one at work.


You seem to have a knack of demystifiying the nastier parts of Windows, and my experience suggests this was long overdue. I hope the release party was a good one – you guys deserve it!

Thank you for the information. By the end of my search for remedies, I ended up finding that my Windows Defender handled any problems on my computer as well.


I will definitly recommend your product to others because of your prompt assistance and because it appears to be the best thing available! I will also consider purchasing it in the future if my system runs into further difficulties.

Thank you works just like a bought one have placed keys on notepad and saved them to external drive now both my hubby and I have it installed save both our sanity's looking for upgrading drives etc. I love the program it's been fantastic let it strut it stuff every Friday and install any up grades there are to do and run the other one straight after.
